You can accept an order for 500 units and allow inventory to be resold after the order is placed.
To complete it in full, you can do it in two ways.
1) You can process the first 400 units that you have in stock and ship the 100 units that are out of stock through your dropshipping supplier.
2) Submit the complete order when you have the required inventory to ship as per the order.
