The Account Manager is responsible to oversee all the tasks provided to the worker, make sure the work is being done properly, on time and updates are given on a daily basis to client
The Business Analyst on the other hand will sit down with the client and review their Business, figure out what the goals of the company are, what is the branding plan and where do they want to see the company go in the future.
The Business Analyst will provide a Plan for the Business but the Account Manager is responsible for making sure the work is actually being done.
