How do you set up the auto responder for Amazon messages?
Where in the platform can you set up an autoresponder for Amazon messages? We would like to have an autoresponse after every message that lets customers know that we have received their message and will answer them in a timely fashion.
You can setup Auto Responders in SCE which will send a message from a particular email ID to all incoming emails. However, we can't do an auto -responder specifically for Amazon customers only. The auto-responder will work for every incoming message irrespective of the platform it is coming from.
