1. Go To Settings> CRM
2. Click on New - http://take.ms/rcRbZ
3. Mention the name of the field, followed by data type to be entered.In case if there is any custom value, type them in one word per line and check "show in contact" on the right https://monosnap.com/file/5BNYkNVF1dc...
4. Go To Settings>Website Settings> Registration
Selecting an option will make it appear in the registration field as an option. If you choose "Required" on the top, the field will be mandatory.
In case if you need separate logins for retail and wholesale customers, it has to be created on a form which design may get prepared for you.
