You can use a Google translate plugin but that will not be a native. A software like Easyling offers a solution but it is not as easy as it seems.
1) It gets expensive with all the pageviews 2) The images are still not translated, Easyling offers a way to remap all your website images to other languages but that becomes a 6 month project 3) Using a proxy like Easyling there is also a concern about colliding javascript where some of the feature can start failing 4) Translating the content and keeping it within the platform so it can be distributed to marketplaces is not possible with this solution.
Bottom line is a multi language website should be native to the platform. At this time we do not support it, but do plan to support it in the future.
So to answer the question, yes you can have multi language but it is a workaround solution not a good one.
