If you change your Spider URL on a product, it will automatically take your old URL and make a friendly internal redirect to the new URL.
So if you deleted the product and recreated it using the same Spider URL you might have a corrupted product on the website.
Make sure that your original product has a unique spider URL, you can go back to the product that is redirecting and change the SPIDER URL on it, reset store CACHE and CDN and it will work.
To test if the change of Spider URL worked go to your sitemap (www.domain.com/sitemap) and find the product, click on it and make sure it links to the correct product
