Every employee should have a different login account. All employees will be using the same license with their individual username and passwords.
1. Employee can be seen or created under Employees > Employee Management

2. Employee Name and Details can be assigned under Personal Tab
Username and Password can be assigned under Login Access.
Screen Permissions can be assigned or removed from Permissions tab.
