We usually recommend that you reboot your computer and it will solve your problem if this ever happens again.
The new framework update on Friday introduced a lot of slowness and Framework crashes over the weekend. Several times the product would lock up and would report errors that did not exist or would never receive an update from the webserver to allow a product to be saved, uploaded, edited, and so forth - leading to having to close the framework and then reboot it. I know software is software, but when this happens, its not graceful and I have had data loss each time.
I didn't see a place or an easier way to submit a ticket - but these problems started almost immediately after the update.
